Gaga's necklace features a 128.54-carat Tiffany & Co diamond, named none other than "the Tiffany diamond," according to W Magazine. And NBD but it's worth $30 million and was last worn by Audrey Hepburn in 1961 while promoting Breakfast At Tiffany's.

We're sure Gaga's necklace won't steal the spotlight away from her performance, but just beware of a heist, girl.
