Apple wants you to carry your MacBook in style.
Now for sale at the Apple Store: a leather sleeve for the 12-inch MacBook. At $149, it's by far the most expensive -- and coolest -- MacBook sleeve Apple offers. The only other leather MacBook sleeve for sale on Apple.com is this slim sleeve which is loose, only comes in black, and is kind of ugly.
SEE ALSO: Apple.com has been taken over by the iPhone XThe sleeve comes in two colors: a light "Saddle Brown," and a somewhat gloomy "Midnight Blue." The description states it's made of high-quality European leather with a soft microfiber lining.
There's also an opening near the charging port that will allow you to charge your device while it's in the sleeve.
The product will be available in Apple Stores on Nov. 1. If you just can't wait that long, same-day shipping can have it in your hands on Oct. 31.
Does that sound like a lot of beer money to give up for a storage sleeve? Perhaps, but remember: It's only a sixth of the price of the iPhone X. Heck, forget the silly iPhone X and just buy six of these -- you'll be the sleekest kid in town.
